How to Use: In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part Faction8 color to 1 part Pulp Riot developer. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Process 35 minutes (up to 45 minutes for resistant gray). For High Lift colors, mix 1 part color to 2 parts developer and process 45–55 minutes (best on levels 5 and higher). Rinse and shampoo well.
