Do I have to book all three touch-ups?
No. Three is the maximum included, not a requirement. Come in as often as your roots need it — the price is the same either way.
What counts as a root touch-up?
Color applied to your new growth at the roots, plus the shampoo afterwards. Full-head color, highlights and balayage are separate services, and your 10% member discount applies to them.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Membership renews monthly and can be managed anytime — just ask your stylist or reach out to our team.
I’ve never been to Allure. Can I still join?
Absolutely. Sign up, then book a first visit so your stylist can match your shade. After that, every touch-up is quick.
